Refund policy

-Exchange and Return Policy: You can exchange or return any product within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, MAJORA assumes no responsibility.

-On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. For exchanges, a new order must be placed online.

-Defect Responsibility Period: MAJORA is responsible for any manufacturing defects on an item for a period of 30 days from the date of your order.
Defects reported after this 30-day period cannot be accommodated.

-Splitting the order is not permitted; the order must be received in full or returned in full.


سياسات الاستبدال والاسترجاع: يمكنك استبدال او ارجاع اي منتج بعد 14 يوم من تاريخ استلامك  ماجورا لا تتحمل اي مسؤوليه بعد انتهاء المده.

الإسترجاع والاستبدال الفوري في مكان التسليم
يجب إعادة المنتجات المراد استرداد ثمنها أو استبدالها إلى مندوب التوصيل في مكان التسليم، مع دفع رسوم التوصيل فقط

فترة مسؤولية العيب: ماجورا مسؤول عن أي عيوب تصنيع في القطعة لمدة 30 يوما من تاريخ طلبك.
لا يمكن التعامل مع العيوب بعد فترة الـ 30 يوما هذه.

غير مسموح بتجزئة الطلب؛ يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل.
